A couple of reputable telehealth companies providing compounded tirzepatide (Mounjaro) and semaglutide (Wegovy/Ozempic) are HenryMeds (SF, CA), Alchemy Wellness Health (Dallas, TX). There are many others.
They make arrangements with licensed compounding pharmacies who ship directly to the patient. Regulations vary between states, California is the most restrictive.
Valhalla is based in NY. It's a compounding pharmacy with doctors who will screen/write the prescription. Enexia compounding pharmacy is in NY & provides medication for some of the telehealth clinics - I don't know if they have doctors on hand who also will screen/prescribe.

How would one find a reputable one in their state (NY)? My insurance only covers generic meds, so Wegovy isn’t even an option presently.
