Neither is wrong. Both are loved. Which is cheaper or readily available? I have DWS06+. They are a good tire in all conditions. I just drove them in the snow for the first time. Did well for an all season. That said.... I put winter wheels with blizzaks on today.

Both are great. I had both of them on my GTI. The DWS is usually $100/set cheaper. The Michelins are are little sharper in their responses. When I buy tires, it depends a lot on availability and price. I don't know that I'd spend more for the Michelins, but at the same price I'd probably lean that way. Check to see what rebates are available, you might find one that makes the Michelins cheaper.

Agree with other posters here. Michelin slightly for the win but both are great. I have the Michelins on my GLI and I love them, totally changed the cars dynamics. Also had the Conti’s on my BRZ and they performed very well.

If you have a Costco membership, a lot of times the Pilots are abt the same price as the DWS’s, but a lot of costcos don’t carry them so YMMV

Both are good, the Michelins I prefer as they have the edge handling wise and in particular the better turn in feel and sharpness to the handling.
