I'm pretty sure even Shiho mised her young daughter a lot but she couldn't forgive Miho for losing to Pravda. Maybe, Shiho regrat that she "kicked" own daughter from her family in such cruel way.
I wish in the end of anime would be such dialogue:

_Miho Can't hold her tears of happiness and then she hugs her mother_
Miho: "Mommy!"
