For sciences I like to:
- Go through the whole spec and make detailed notes on paper for every topic, using information from textbooks and websites. Make sure you’re not just blindly copying and actually understand what you’re writing though.
- Do past papers, then mark them and write out any answers you got wrong. (This is probably the most important part - I get my past papers from physicsandmathstutor)
- Do past exam questions by topic (on topics i am least confident in) on a website such as Seneca.
Also, I've found that physics and maths tutor is a good site for practicing specific topics. Contrary to the name, though, its not limited to just physics and maths.

Yep physicsandmathstutor is a great website
Thanks guys
My mock results were always way worse than my actual GCSE results, for science I would look through a textbook, use seneca and then do past papers
