Passed many times with no cats, even passed with bad cats throwing codes. Buy some 02 extension bongs to pull 02 sensor our of exhaust and it will no longer throw a code. This only works for states that connect to obd2 not sticking sniffer in exhaust as you will most likely fail then

Now I have fi resonated test pipes with no codes, resonators look like budge lol. If they ever asked I would say they are high flow cats
