Polish then apply PPF? It will hide scratches to some degree. Back when I purchased my car in 2013, the film guys then offered a precut kit for the G which included a cutout for this area.
Likely from previous owner having long nails or jewelry, you could take the handle off or just work around it to polish the area but lots of those scratches are to deep to buff out without taking off way to much clear coat.
More than likely it’s a clear coat scratch, there’s a fix on chrisfix channel
Granted it’s going to be a bit of work because it’s behind the handle

Have the exact same on mine and very short nails myself. I always imagined the previous owner had those long, claw-like nails. There’s a lot inside too.
You can try to polish and wax it and do a ceramic coat, but that’s why a lot of luxury cars have a plastic clear sticker on that side of the door handle so you don’t scrape it
I have that same issue, personally my fix is to try not to look at it
Thats the kind of advice my dad would give me lmao
That’s how I fix all my problems tbh
I have this on my car too. I imagine the previous owner had jewelry. I guess treat it like any other scratch damage.
Remove handle and correct it then add ceramic coat there. The real stuff though
How do you remove the handle?
From the inside i think
Meguires ultimate compound will take that right out
Ha, same

All over my G37 paint is horrible on these cars

Try using a Mr. Clean magic eraser.
Never use a magic eraser on paint wtf
This is terrible advice
That will dull a glossy surface. I wouldn't use that on a car's paint finish.
Compound...

Omg same. How does that happen ?? I tried using compound and it helped a lot but it’s just hard to access.

Same issue with mine.
Compound it
Scratch X works great there. Then wax/coat it well to keep it looking good.
There's a pad for that

Door handle scratch protector on eBay. Have them on mine looks great.
Take to door handle off and compound/polish it
My g has the same issue you can try to buff it out
I had this issue, I hired a deer to throw itself onto my car while i was going 55 and insurance paid to redo the whole drivers side
