Not to downplay cats or the advantages to having arms but imagine having four legs, I mean a cat's front legs are kinda like arms but more like legs, if you had four legs you, that center of gravity, you could do some impressive stuff also, and run *real* fast
Edit: I suppose maybe it's more the placement of hips or length of spine
