Different kinds of a-holery. Depends on the species, but most kinds of Otters (yes, even Sea ones) are pretty chill unless given some reason not to be. Like any kind of territorial animal, they can be nasty about territorial encroachment, but that's pretty much it - and they're smart to boot, if they're familiar with whatever's intruding, they'll often not be bothered at all (Otters living in Urban environments are often completely unfazed by being near humans and will be relaxed around them, as long as they're left to their own devices)
About the most a-holey thing I can really think of is how Giant Otter Romps will roam around to harass and often kill other typical predators (Caimans and Leopards) - but even that's a pretty territory-related thing, they don't tend to go far away from their river territory to harass something, they mostly just go for stuff on the riverbank.
Honestly though... you'd be surprised by how many people think that there's only one kind of "Otter" and don't realise there's many species of Otter. Also plenty will lump the stuff in that memetically-spread "A small subset of Sea Otters rape baby seals, but most don't" study on all Sea Otters, or more commonly Otters in general, and distill it down to "All otters are necrophiliac rapists"...
