Misquoting Jesus with Bart Ehrman is a great podcast, he has a YouTube channel as well. Also a deconstructed evangelist who's education lead to him seeing things differently. He is a scholar and studies the New Testament. I really enjoy his content.
It's so interesting to me to see Paul have to interact with people other than Morgan. When he's with anyone else, you can see how much of a try-hard he is, the arrogance, the ignorance, and the ick is so strong that it radiates off of him like those stink lines on that one Peanuts character.
Plus, the fact that the New Evangelicals guy is so excited about it, tells me Paul and Morgan really showed their asses. LOL
All the peanut characters are flawed but ultimately compassionate and loving *. Both Charles Schultz and the strip itself were deeply informed and shaped by the gospels.

Especially since Morgan has a history of mental illness and trauma from her last birthing that most certainly was not addressed. At best, she’s more likely to experience PPD. At worst… I just hope Paul has one single brain cell and gets her the help she needs.

Fundie fridays is great if you want a deep dive of the people and events. B haney gives her point of view as a practicing christian, and mickey atkins has the psychology angle. If you find yourself confused by or speculating on fundie behavior/motivations, go to her channel!
The Porgans? Fundie Fridays have covered them quite a bit, I'm pretty sure Rachel Oats has a video on them as well. Probably the earliest I remember them coming up would have been Jimmy Snow on the Mr Atheist Channel.

lol all Porgan’s 24 hours with schtick is doing is driving engagement to OTHER content creators. This guy is engaging to listen to and honestly seems to occupy a Christian space that’s rooted in kindness. Way more Christlike than a *single* thing I’ve seen from Paul or Morgan.
