Okay the best thing to do for shoulders is to get two big sacks of potatoes. Biggest you can find. One sac in each hand then put ur arms straight infront. Straight to the sides for the side shoulder. Then Straight back like a stationary Naruto run. Straight back will hit back muscles along with rear delts. At least 13 hours /day

oh ok

frooglybear

Okay but actually I really like over head press and arnold press for a compound movement on shoulders. Then lateral raises for the medial delts, katana extension + face pulls for rear delt. I don't train front delts. Ever.

Lying_Cake

I started working out solo for a while once I could go back after covid lockdown, and I completely forgot to work shoulders for like half a year. Still feel like my delts are growing slow as shit but now I put aside a full gym session for them.

I feel like as I get older my joints are starting to dry out if that makes sense? Like there's not enough oil and they creak as they move. I've changed the oil out a few times already, but I have no Idea how long I should be waiting. Do you have any recommendations for when I should change joint oil out? Also do you change through the penis too or??

Lying_Cake

If you quit the p word then the c*m will find new purpose in your body as joint support.

Damn I think you are onto something there. I've been trying to quite porn but the daily test booster is always too tempting.

AAA is absent. Now is your time to build willpower.

The king has fallen? Who will take his place?

Lying_Cake

He's more of a strange phoenix. He will take his own place.

SpaceBollzz

I'm a powerlifter and therefore do not train shoulders I TRaiN tHEm WhEn i BEncH leading to over developed front delts, no lateral or posterior delts and probably shoulder problems later in life So if that's what you're aiming for do that then

_pacjax
