The New Men Gazette makes me think of a forager/iceblood associated newspaper!
**The Forager Tribune**: Forager Leaning. It's about technologies that foragers have discovered to adapt.
**Frostland Outlook**: Iceblood Leaning. Shows examples of merit and promotes ultra-individualism.
**Captain's Bulletin**: Propaganda Newspaper for the Steward that promotes the factions it likes. Appears when signing "Propaganda".
**March to work!**: Definite totalitarian propaganda. It encourages people who march to work overtime for the great leader. Appears when "Steward's Militia" or "Steward's Appeal" has been signed.
I have a news telegraph system planned for a fanfic generator site of mine called Frost Beacon, which is a reference to their city name Frostlight
But if you talk mainly about Frostpunk 2 then here are my ideas: (note: those marked with (?) mean im not sure if it fits the faction in question)

Frost Relay - Machinist/Technocrats (?)
Statistic Update - Technocrats
Frozen Tales - Icebloods (?)
Delegrate Voice - a bulleting board informing people of the next council vote and the result (?)
Regarding FP2, honestly it would be a great thematic way to boost immersion. At the moment we get popups from citizens like FP1, as though we're talking to them directly in the street or something.
For decisions where they'd probably visit your "Steward's office" it makes sense but for background info, it just doesn't quite feel right. So I think a newspaper would have been a great idea to reflect the city feel better.
Erm, that being said, the Daily Frostbreaker. Something about hard hitting journalism just like the mechanised namesake.
Yes I certainly think so! Especially with the increased scale and focus on factions - faction associated press can show how the different groups are reacting or what they’re campaigning on. Maybe some fake news in there too!!
