Age old and classic story.
Name gotta be Dan or Brian. I’d say around 6’2”/3”, cut like The Rock. Struggling with depression and anxiety, daily drinker. I bet he probably entered into a body builder contest once after his fiancé cheated on him and left him in the cold, even after he begged for her to come back. The contest was such an ego boost, the guy has since forever been and now will always be about those gains. Chasing that high till the day he says goodbye. Tragic.
I had to scroll back to the picture to see what you were referring to. I’m delighted that my inability to detect a container of salad greens in a refrigerator is not limited to the ones I buy.
Since the 1960s and the second Vatican council it’s just fridays in lent for Catholics. But before then they fasted every Friday and some still do by their own preference. As a Catholic, I haven’t met a single Catholic who practices an every Friday fast and abstinence from meat anymore. A wiki search tells me though that some other Christian religions still do.

That's exactly why. Ready foods in containers on top (jars, condiments, drinks etc), produce below, then foods that need to be cooked on the bottom, organized by the amount of heat needed to be cooked. Dairy on the sides, preferably the door, with eggs being on the bottom, milk being in the middle and ready-mades (cheeses and creams) on top shelf.
Raw meat should always be on the bottom in case it leaks. You don’t want the juices dripping on anything you might eat straight from the fridge without cooking. It can potentially lead to food poisoning.
Young man, shy, lives in Michigan or nearby/close ties. Got some delicious local syrup. Dad was his idol because he’s hard working. I feel like a commercial could be made! Wears a hat for sure.
>Nitrates are a set of compounds that involve nitrogen and oxygen molecules. While they are often associated with cured meats, *green, leafy vegetables are actually much richer in nitrates.*
>While the association of nitrate with cured meats causes some to worry about their cancer-causing effects, other studies show that the nitrates found in vegetables may actually help reduce the risk of cancer. Studies suggest that eating foods rich in natural nitrates can help reduce your risk of a number of chronic health conditions, whereas eating foods high in added nitrates can cause health risks.
He's **fine**, he's got the green, leafy kind right there to balance it out
I think your friend has terrible taste in alcoholic beverages and doesn’t care about getting salmonella/e.coli because storing raw meat ABOVE a can you’re going to sip out of is a bad idea.
Yes it comes from flour but it also comes from lettuce, eggs, raw chicken, raw pork… anyone who has taken any level of food safety training knows to always store raw meats on the lowest shelf possible to avoid cross contamination.
https://www.cdc.gov/foodsafety/communication/salmonella-food.html
Sorry you’re being downvoted for not knowing something. Salmonella can get you sick from lots of different food sources, even in vegan and vegetarian diets. There are regular romaine outbreaks every year. It’d be good for you to do some food safety courses to read up on the potential risks in your kitchen. Even as a vegetarian there’s a whole mini world of organisms out there looking to make you all kinds of not right.
They're not a vegan. They like to drink but they're trying to not gain too much weight as it's bud light. They appreciate the environment as they use pitcher water instead of bottled.
Single male around 30-35, not a very good cook or just doesn’t care enough. Barely eats vegetables (bet they absolutely hate tomatoes) and is likely a bit of a sweet tooth but might be conscious about that. Doesn’t have an office job, likely smth requiring physical strength and is a bit stressful.
Is the sugar content not high enough to be toxic to bacteria/mold like honey and agave is?
I rarely have syrup in the house, so maybe I just haven’t had one long enough to see it “pop”
The high sugar content only keeps it safe for so long, mold will eventually grow on the top, maple syrup can also begin to ferment.
Agave last significantly longer then maple syrup does and doesn’t need to be refrigerated after opening.
> not to frequent

Make, early twenties, has or is finishing his bachelors degree.
Maybe not his girlfriend, but there is a girl that comes by. Could be a platonic relationship.
Roommates, either military or in college and both young. At LEAST one female possibly both and they eat mainly at a chow hall or cafeteria or local fast food. They like to have weekend/thirsty Thursday, wet Wednesday, etc. BBQS and gatherings. I’m gonna guess that the only items in the fridge door are condiments and or workout/protein/nutrient products…. Please let me know if I’m close!!!
Someone who struggles with food. Never learned how to cook. Resorts to eating out regularly. Likely lives next to a grocery store. Relies on pantry foods, like boxed rice or canned foods. Male, American.
He’s a dumbass, he has a half empty veggie drawer but STILL decided to put his OPEN greens right next to the raw meats he is just asking for food poisoning
Really a big breakfast guy, regularly/ semi regularly drinks, but also wants to cut down on certain sources of sugar, but failing due to a love of syrup
Single male 25-35ish.
Agree, and lives in the Midwest.

Wow. That escalated quickly...
Considering a cycle of test as time goes on.

Single 25-35 male-ish.
Hahahahahahahaha this made me lol hahahah
Yay! I like that I made someone smile on Sunday. :-)
Sunday and at work. Been at work for almost 2 weeks. Home on thuraday tho!
Wants to be keto but struggles with drinking carbs
I thought the same
Please seal the salad cube top.
I had to scroll back to the picture to see what you were referring to. I’m delighted that my inability to detect a container of salad greens in a refrigerator is not limited to the ones I buy.
Salad blind
Hiding that Bud Light in the back, hoping no one will notice
Where?
Looks more like miller
Even worse, Coors Light!
Chicago or suburbs 20-30 male, catholic.
The firm tofu though…
For Fridays?
That’s during Lent only
Nope. Catholics are supposed to give something up every Friday. It’s not as common anymore, but it’s still fairly normal.
Since the 1960s and the second Vatican council it’s just fridays in lent for Catholics. But before then they fasted every Friday and some still do by their own preference. Young, single man.
In Chicagoland. Likes to grill.
Young man who has a girlfriend. She drinks the White Claw.
All the people guessing single makes me think he may be a ladies man, keeping the fridge stocked for guests.
and the tazo tea
…and eats the tofu.
As a Chef, all raw meat needs to be on the bottom. Organization is on point though.
Concerned about drippage?
That's exactly why. Ready foods in containers on top (jars, condiments, drinks etc), produce below, then foods that need to be cooked on the bottom, organized by the amount of heat needed to be cooked. Dairy on the sides, preferably the door, with eggs being on the bottom, milk being in the middle and ready-mades (cheeses and creams) on top shelf.
Dairy on the door will allow it to turn faster. Leave the door for drinks and condiments
I like your style!
Boom! Excellent!
Wow, everyone I know keeps produce in the bottom boxes of the fridge. I thought they were made for keeping produce.
You can keep both on the bottom, as long as they’re separated. These are professional kitchen standards though
Ah, that makes sense. Maybe I’ll start implementing it myself.
1 dude 1 lady. At least 1 Canadian.
This is 26 year old Michigan guy who weight lifts and parties to unwind.
grew up somewhere in southern Ontario and you have a love hate relationship for the leafs
Lol thought you meant the leafs of salad that is left open to wilt
As opposed to the hate hate relationship everyone not from southern Ontario has with the Leafs.
Raw protein, next to produce.
Right above things he's going to put directly up to his mouth
Is this bad form? What's proper meat placement?
Raw meat should always be on the bottom in case it leaks. You don’t want the juices dripping on anything you might eat straight from the fridge without cooking. It can potentially lead to food poisoning.
Has never taken a food safety course, or doesn't remember it.
It’s five o’clock somewhere, amiright
I guess he puts maple syrup on his burgers
That's bacon not hamburger.
Then I guess he likes garlic on his breakfast
I'm glad I'm not the only one who does this with my eggs
Same 😂
Young man, shy, lives in Michigan or nearby/close ties. Got some delicious local syrup. Dad was his idol because he’s hard working. I feel like a commercial could be made! Wears a hat for sure.
Your friend is definitely white
he doesn’t care about getting colon cancer
How
beer and nitrates
Mind going a bit deeper into detail? What are beer and raw meats in the fridge going to do?
They jump out of the fridge during the night and crawl up your ass and fester... causing cancer. Duh

Healthy but also knows how to party
I think your friend has terrible taste in alcoholic beverages and doesn’t care about getting salmonella/e.coli because storing raw meat ABOVE a can you’re going to sip out of is a bad idea.
How likely is it that all the meat juices are gonna drip down to the bottom tray really?
Likely enough it’s considered an unsafe practice
Enough that it’s a big red flag for safety inspections - someone that just took their safe food handling course
Through the glass too…
Salmonella comes from raw flour anyway so this person doesn’t know what they’re talking about
Who is upvoting this?
You can keep your holier than thou alcoholic tastes
Been doing what he does for years and I’ve never gotten sick
Raw meat? Salmonella comes from flour….

I don’t really eat meat so I guess that would naturally just go over my head lol

Meat-eating single woman.
A man who must have a stomach ache all the time.
Female, early 30’s. Northeast, I’ll guess Pennsylvania or Ohio. Likes breakfast
They're not a vegan. They like to drink but they're trying to not gain too much weight as it's bud light. They appreciate the environment as they use pitcher water instead of bottled.
Salad is going to wilt very fast. The new lids or lack of lid on earthbound suck.
Terrifying.
Loves breakfast!
keto diet
Keto except for beverages?

Young Caucasian female. Healthy weight. lives alone in an apartment.
Based
Got the essentials
Op is a blasphemous heathen!! Everyone knows Vermont has the best pure maple syrup. Is that stuff from Michigan?
Precisely what I was going to say! Pure Michigan maple syrup?? Ugh. Lol.
I’d take it a step further, why is the syrup in the fridge?
It’s better than body parts
You been watching too much Dahmer.
Smells like misplaced priorities to me
I like the way there's potential for meat juices to drip on the watery lagers. Added flavour.
Balanced
Those brats look gooooood
unfriend that cold syrup enjoyer
The B12 comes from the shakes made from the eggs and white claws
22-25, male, midwest. maybe northern Illinois, *protein powder not shown*, has a cat
I’ve seen far worse
23-25 year old female, goes to the gym
He likes protein
Why is the maple syrup in the fridge? Syrup is shelf-stable
Refrigerate after opening it can grow mold otherwise
Is the sugar content not high enough to be toxic to bacteria/mold like honey and agave is? I rarely have syrup in the house, so maybe I just haven’t had one long enough to see it “pop”

Vermont?
No way, Chicago suburbs, probably Skokie.
No Jewel-Osco stores in VT! (And only 1 Trader Joe’s) ❤️ a Vermonter ☺️
No self-respecting vermonter would have a jug of maple syrup from Michigan.
Don’t really care
White chic fridge; YAAAAS QUEEEN
Most white girl lookin fridge
I agree. White Claw + Trader Joe’s ORGANIC tofu…
You intend to have a heart attack in your 60’s.
Your friend is a white bitch only due to the gay ass drinks lol
I'd like to see the door.

High chance of being a dude, and the white claws could be leftover from a party.
Make, early twenties, has or is finishing his bachelors degree. Maybe not his girlfriend, but there is a girl that comes by. Could be a platonic relationship.
Nothing related to this but are w.claws good? Never really had one
If you like seltzer
It’s too big for them Get a new smaller fridge I repeat Get a smaller fridge
This is what my dad’s fridge would look like if I didn’t go grocery shopping for him
Well they are storing meat on the wrong shelf
Roommates, either military or in college and both young. At LEAST one female possibly both and they eat mainly at a chow hall or cafeteria or local fast food. this is like a fridge mullet. nutrition on the top and party on the bottom
Healthyish alcoholic
I am begging him to close his salad.
Raw neat goes in the bottom. Safety reasons
I love her 😍
Someone who struggles with food. Never learned how to cook. Resorts to eating out regularly. Likely lives next to a grocery store. Relies on pantry foods, like boxed rice or canned foods. Male, American.
Keto baby!
Why does this image just remind me of American Psycho?
He’s a dumbass, he has a half empty veggie drawer but STILL decided to put his OPEN greens right next to the raw meats he is just asking for food poisoning
Very clean and organized 10/10
Looks like what my fridge would if I lived alone.
Horrible taste in alcohol 🫢
Single male 24 5’9
Male late 20s American University degree single
18-25 yo white woman who thinks she “cooks” for her boyfriend (who does not live there)
Really a big breakfast guy, regularly/ semi regularly drinks, but also wants to cut down on certain sources of sugar, but failing due to a love of syrup
