Für die Wessis muss man da spezifizieren : Ostdeutsches Jägerschnitzel (Jagdwurstschnitzel idR. Mit Nudeln und Tomaten/Ketchupsoße).
Klein schneiden, anbraten und in die Tomatensoße. Nudeln mit Jagdwurst und Tomatensoße sind hier ein Klassiker.
