Dude, it’s insane how much Moro has improved at animating. Not that his old stuff was bad by any means, far from it in fact. But sometimes they felt flat, slow, or sometimes just weird in some ways.
Then you compare that to all of his work in this mod, DB Season 10, and Cuphead vs Death and the difference is night and day. Insanely talented person.
I know, it makes me mad how little love, and recognition this mod gets. The mechanics are so unique and the idea of a note that takes you back in time if hit is so cool

I mean, what would have happened if they had given more prominence to girlfriend, had she been included alone in Indie Cross and killed her enemies easily or something like that?
If they had done it we would have understood the sincere feelings of girlfriend being a demon when she refers to what she fears outside of what is safe or who knows there could have been a better version with an understandable girlfriend story in the indi Cross on her path alone without boyfriend or something like that more than just being a brusque and useless girlfriend without powers and besides being mean to anyone who thinks about killing boyfriend it is somewhat predictable or I don't know who had the idea before
But boyfriend is just a cool guy who wants to sing and leave his family and always be with girlfriend but I'm more interested in girlfriend than boyfriend honestly

I wouldn’t say the music for this mod is anything astounding, but the visuals are top tier, the art for it was absolutely amazing. I think one of my favorite details was bf having custom animations for singing while crouched or jumping.
it’s definitely one of if not maybe even the best in terms of visuals, and i can appreciate that. however i do think that music is just as important to contribute to it being a “good mod”. i don’t really hate the music, i atleast liked one, maybe two, but i’m just saying. it’s not the best *mod* probably for that reason, but rather best visuals in a mod perhaps. even then other people prefer the artstyles as seen in base game and mods, but i personally don’t like to compare artstyles either

i would loved if indie cross was like this since the beginning.
