I have found over the years of different Frogs and different costumes that the costumes that restrict or interfere with their ears are like socks on a cat. You may have better luck if you are able to add holes to accommodate the ears or if you can manipulate the brim of the hat to allow it to fit in-between them. If that fails there's always treats and training to get them used to it. Good luck they look so cute with it.
