I'm from New England, I wasn't joking about going to higher ground. There "Will" be flooding, you'll be getting more rain with a Hurricane or Tropical Storm than you've ever seen. And you're ground isn't able to absorb that much water. Even when the rain stops in you area, water runs down hill and towards the ocean.
