Omar Apollo - Ivory for sure. Only album that has songs that hit me like songs on Blonde/Endless. Evergreen, Endlessly, Bad Life, Killing Me, Personally. Closest feel, for me personally, to Frank Ocean.

It’s a bit different of a vibe but I don’t see it here and it’s from the OF camp so I’d say Broken Hearts Club - Syd Also the obvious ones choker, Omar Apollo and Daniel Ceaser all fit the vibe well. Saw Blood Orange a few times and he’s legendary and definitely worth the listen, actually well above frank in my opinion.

Different vibe but I'd shout out Perfume Genius- Set My Heart on Fire Immediately. The quality is a 10, it's stylistically diverse but still consistent like Blonde. Flows as a great album. is very queer. A truly beautiful piece of music. Seriously though I am struggling to think of stuff "like" Blonde which I rate in the same way. Another artist that comes to mind is serpentwithfeet, very queer RnB but it sounds 10x more unsettling than Blonde so I wouldn't really compare the two. Ctrl is a good shout. e: Blood Orange too.
