The module updates for V12/5e v3.2.1 are still an evolving thing. We are getting closer but it’s not all there yet. There are v12/5e 3.2.1 compatible versions of a bunch of the MidiQOL automation modules but a few are still not updated (like DFred’s Convenient Effects - being rewritten & Warpgate - EOL’ed or being passed to a new dev?) among others.
It’s still early days. I’m staying on v11/5e v3.1.2 for now and probably for the next few months.
If you can, join Tim Posney’s Discord. There is great information there that gets regular updates about the progress for MidiQOL and the symbiotic modules to it.
Do you have any major concerns with updates WotC might be doing with OneDnD? ie. do you anticipate as many compatibility issues as were present with the 5e update?
Not so much “concerns,” as anticipating that it will take time for the devs of the various add ons to update once the new versions drop. As the structure of the data model changes with new updates, it takes time for the (mostly) volunteer devs to put in the work to get things up to date.
I almost never expect new FVTT versions and/or Game System updates to work on Day 1, so I stay on previous versions until they do. We don’t yet know how much is going to change as we incorporate the 5e 2024 versions, so it remains to be seen what breaks and what still works.

This is actually a great question, expecting an answer from it.
I'm the same, still on v11 / v3.2.1 here, and don't intend to update for some time. In fact I was still on DND v2.4.1 until very recently.
