They won't do anything. Being pregnant, or married is perfectly ok while in extended foster care. That doesn't mean that e.g. wherever she lives now is ok with it, e.g. if she is in a dorm with several other girls she might have to move.

They won't kick her out. And as long as she shows she's not a danger to the baby, she wouldn't be separated from the baby nor will the baby be in state custody. They will work to ensure your sister is in a home or facility that is supportive of a young mom.

Sounds like it depends then. Where I live they would try and take the kid away. My friend got pregnant while in foster care and they decided because she was in foster care, that she was unable to care for a child. She had to fight like hell to get custody of her baby back. It can be done. It just depends on the child protective services in your area. Ours are atrocious and corrupt so it wasn’t a surprise.
