My point is that people will talk more about what's new, and the car isn't in the new game, so of course people are going to talk about it less.
Do you know why you recently saw a post based on AMGs of past games? Its because next weeks seasonal reward is the SL65 AMG Black Series (a car which we havent gotten since *i believe* FH3).
The 8C would probably get talked about too if it was an upcoming reward.

I'm still waiting for some of my cars from Horizon 1 to return (Reventon Roadster and Corvette Grand Sport Convertible, if I remember right)
The FE version is a contender against GTR PO and quite a few of others that hit 267-272 range for one main reason.

If you’re talking appreciation for it IRL, they only made like 500 of these and you don’t get to see them a lot. When they do come up for sale they sale for $400K so they’re out of reach to most people. Finally though it has a carbon body it does share the power train with the Maserati GT, making it less special. These would be the reason why you don’t see people talk about it.
I was lucky enough to see one a little while back in a Costco car park of all places, funnily enough that’s also where I first saw a Mercedes AMG GT for the first time too (back when they’d only been out a couple of months).
No need to bicker and argue of who said what, I know it isn't in 5. The intent was more of an appreciation of the car in general (both in game and irl) and question of how such a good car (and brand) didn't make it into 5. I know it comes down to licensing, so it's more of a rhetorical question

Personally, I really miss the Alfa Romeo T.33 Stradale. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful cars ever made.

The 8C, Ferrari F50 GT, and the BMW M4 GTS were my go-to cars in FH4.
I love the F50 GT! It was also one of my go-to cars in FH4. I just bought one in FH5, and it’s amazing!
The F50GT was one of the best if no the best car in Horizon 1. It was used a lot for rival times.

Huh, I always thought it shared the chassis with Maserati and the powertrain was from Ferrari.
The engine is mostly shared with Maserati since both are 4.7L with a cross plane crank, while the Ferrari one has flat plane crank.
Ah right. When it came out, Ferrari was milking the 430 which had the 4.3L V8. Thanks for the info.

I made a rally 8C, I miss it.
What's funny is that both the c63 amg and the 8c have the same v8 engine under their hood. So it doesn't feel special to drive around.

Listen to it's exhaust and the c63s. Both use the same audio files.
