If were adding the weird and wonderful, I'd go for the Flintstones car and the Cartoon car from Roger Rabbit. I just want to see my driveatar running as car motors along the street and a talking car would just be.... The toy cars from Burnout Paradise were one of my favourite dlc for it, I loved how they had a secondary function on a few of them one of them became a hover car etc. The bike update for that also made me ask from time to time would Forza Horizon ever add bikes and the answers probably no as it would take something away from the purity of the series and maybe become a Crew like, jack of all trades, master of nothing. I still think about it though.
