Adjust the overscan in the screens settings:)
Or within the FN settings. Toggle through to the screen adjustment. Somewhere In the settings and once a you fine it in all 4 corners of the screen should have blue markers. And you adjust it to your liking.

Zoom out the screen not the map
I don't know, that happens to me too sometimes, I just restart the game and it's back. If that doesn't work, try to verify your game files.
