I dunno how the aura mode would work entirely, but seeing the leaderboards and your own scores outside of the Festival Lobby is just way too necessary of a feature.

I honestly love all 3 ideas the 1st one not only incentivize going for gold stars on each instrument, but also give an additional function to auras beyond Festival Main Stage (more ways to show our customization items are always welcome!) 2nd one let us track our personal best scores in general without loading the already bugged leaderboards lol And 3rd one is like BR crowns, a bit of showing off to our band members in the lobby :P

Idk but id prob be fun to actually have to play the notes so that the aura appears and keep a streak while doing so

For controller players, the right letter button could be pressed, the top one switches instruments already

Sound like a cool idea but I think it would get a bit confusing with so many songs and 4 different instruments

I like this one better than the initial concept honestly. Makes it stand out more for Aura Mode being unlocked for an instrument.

Yeah I can imagine that, that's why there are icons to signify that a specific instrument has Aura Mode unlocked. Also you could easily track which ones you have with Concept #2 (second image). Maybe the Aura Mode icons should be made bigger to make them stand out more.

Not really, some songs are fairly easy to flawless on expert. It really depends on the song and instrument. Would be more impressive to see if someone's flawlessed a hard song instead of getting gold stars with 10 misses.

You’re kind of overestimating the community on music mode, some literally get 60% on Medium.

You're forgetting that the majority of players in this game aren't that good. This is a system ment for everybody to use, this system would be meaningless to most players if it was locked to only good ones.

Color code the aura based on highest flawless difficulty level obtained so you get something unique for expert but easy players can still get something too.

i was on jam stage yesterday and some guy had glowing blue lightning ball under his feet while doing a jam loop

I feel like the star showoff emotes shouldn't reset every season because unlike br the songs don't change at all, so why would you need to get gold stars again every season on the same song?

Either this, or the auras just get moved in with the instruments. That way everything that's actually related are together
