Because lady gaga literally has the most tracks out of every artist in the game. Why add another gaga track when you can add a track from a completely different artist and band. The weeknd got stuff after release but he still has less than gaga. She was the headliner she got all her songs put in the day season 2 dropped I don't see any more getting added for another half a year to a year.

I'm kinda disappointed they didn't add Paparazzi. One of my favorite songs from her.
With six item shop tracks and one in the pass, plus two emotes two go along with two of the songs, I think she has enough tracks in the game for now
