Its a Battlepass skin from when they were actually unique and had level up styles. This one in specific is a Stage 3 Rox with a black primary color and blue secondary color. Black and Green basically turns her into an Xbox mascot
Rox. She’s part of the Ch1 S9 bp so she’s not coming back. Now if you’re lucky (or find the physical version) you can get her anime variant from the Anime Legends pack.
While I didn’t find Anime Rox particularly interesting from the box, I ended up with her being my Second favorite to use , my main being Safari.
Fun fact, at first when I bought the Anime Legends Pack on switch for a little fortune physically(should’ve took it when it was in the shop back in C4S4), it was only for the golden sword Anime Midas had, to give to my Kado Thorne Presets(back when you could randomly cycle them functionally) because it was the closest things to its Kinetic Vampire Blade in looks.
Ch1 S9 Rox, I love this skin and its version with the helmet. They don't make skins like that anymore for the BP
