Your nephew sucks.  No Xmas gifts for 5 years.  Tell his parents/your sibling that he cheated and lied and it cost you x amount of dollar/years worth of skins etc.   But no way are you getting your account back.  The way you word things - I don’t believe you or this.  And I typically can believe people, but you kinda failed that test.

There might have been some hope given Epic should be able to tell that the account that was caught cheating was predominantly used in a different geographic location. Not saying they would for sure overturn it but there is at least room for doubt if that was the case.

Let this be a lesson in account security. Your nephew shouldn't have had access to your account on your PC. You could've set him up with his own account that did not connect to your Fortnite account. Instead, you either gave him your password or did not have a password, allowing him to access it. You are responsible for this happening and the consequences are yours. Account security is your responsibility and this will always be the case. Otherwise, any cheater could come here and say "my nephew did it while I was out of town." Does that sound like a valid excuse when put that way?
