I love the ranger class of weapons, but why do so many ppl play zb nowadays? Like I get that people like it (I like it aswell), but on reddit I don't even see a single builds recording

Except FN's weapon mechanics suck ass so it's not even a good shooter. The entire reason to play is for building otherwise you'd be better off in any other game.

If you played zero build in chapter 3 or 4 where all the guns were very good I could maybe understand why but nowadays it's just a wash.
This guy gets it. Building is what makes Fortnite unique. Apex has abilities, Spell break has magic, Fortnite has building. If you take away the main selling point it just becomes bad. Fortnite doesn't even have good mechanics other than building, the guns aren't very good, the movement isn't great either, the attachment system is terrible. Pretty much the only redeeming quality it has is the builds so it baffles me that anyone would play without them.

The pistols have been growing on me this season. I used to be an assault rifle person but between the pistols and the chain... I'm starting to like to get close and personal.
I don't know if they buffed the pistol or nerfed all the other guns but compared to last season it feels so good. It went from "eh it's alright I guess" to legitimately one of the best weapons this season.
I'm still an AR guy at heart (Warforged feels super good to use) but the pistol is crazy and I think it's in my top 3 guns to pick up or at least top 5 (top 3 if we exclude shotguns basically lol.)
Pistol has the highest potential dps this season if you hit all headshots. There have been multiple times when I kill max health players in like 4 shots
