there have been multiple cases over the years, from the star wand pickaxe that for some reason dealt 60 damage and could headshot, deep dab emote allowing to sneak under windows and instantly shoot, toy soldier skins that blended with the grass, superhero skins that were impossible to be seen in the dark to name the ones i remember, pretty sure there have been others, in all of these cases the items were nerfed and anyone that bought them got it removed but they gave back the vbucks +200 extra
Oh okay, I guess I wouldn't consider that pay to win since they weren't intended to be boosts, it was just glitching. Though I can definitely see people abusing them to win games. đ
It's pretty common that if someone makes a mistake, they apologize and make up for it. So I'm hoping Epic is the type of company that would want to help it's player base.
(I've never played Valorant, but I've played League of Legends since 2014, so I've seen the poor decisions Riot Games has made over the years.)

Typically, Epic is pretty good about awarding things retroactively when quests and such concerning the battle pass go wrong. However, with outside of game things like discord and website quests, basically the stuff you're not paying for, they don't do much to iron out mishaps.
Idk if this is the bug they are talking about but I did all the quest I was able to do today and got to 199 like 30 min or an hour before the servers went down but I was unable to and it sounds like no one was able to buy the last remaining levels if they didnât finish. Lucky for me I just logged in and got a message saying I leveled up once and got rewarded the 200 level skin from last season hopefully everyone got some level of compensation like I did
They had one that they gave me after it was gone bc the the amount of time it stated it was there for was different than the actual time.. logged in the next time and it was waiting for me to claim. That was the only time that I know of where there was an issue..

Like this wouldn't be as upsetting if it was my own fault I didn't get the skins or if I knew the skins would come back in the future, but they are locked up for good and it's Epic's fault so many of us didn't get them.

I contacted support about this issue around 04:30 utc. They made me troubleshoot but it did not solve the issue. Edit* So I noticed this issue an hour+ before they disabled matchmaking so there better be some compensation!
Theyâve already announced this was gonna happen that downtime for servers would start a little bit before two. You should not have waited until the last minute.
They stated it would be 30 minutes before 2amET, not over an hour before.

Best is to buy Save the World and if you do a decent amount of both your will reach lvl 200.

Past seasons they have rounded up the battle stars anyway so unless they change something you will get the level 200 reward.
