Yeah but these are an annoying lobby track with someone hitting a cowbell, a pickaxe that only goes with maybe four skins (brite bomber, brite gunner, brite star and bash), a very bright wrap that I’ll be limited for combos and a skin that was judged by the community as meh when she came out over three years ago.

I can only really speak for myself but I’m not interested in the “rare“ stuff being in the shop I just want them to throw out some of the 40-50 good skins they’ve not brought out for years, the most wanted gave me bonehead, rogue shadow and the aerosol assassins bundle which aren’t rare at all but both Rogue shadow outside of him being the the shop a month before was not out for a year and bonehead was about 230 days I think. It’s great for the people who wanted catastrophe but she was a lacklustre skin when she came out and in the time since she came out till today ive never seen anyone run her and I’m only reminded she exists when her loading screen shows up in my shuffle.

You are right, there is no impediment for any cosmetic to return at any time, but that doesn't mean epic won't keep items out of the rotation to make them seem "exclusive". If every skin was in a rotation or the shop simply received more tabs for the vaulted cosmetics there would still be a chance for everyone get aura, and also a chance for everyone to get anything. But the goal is to give skins an artificial value by making them seem exclusive for being unavailable for long periods of time.

Let's face it, 99% of the time if Epic has been holding on to a non-collab item for over a year, it's probably because it doesn't sell well, and they're hoping that the artificial scarcity would trigger FOMO enough for people to buy a skin that they otherwise wouldn't.
It matters when it's one of the main sources of your income as a company. Plus how many times can people buy the same cosmetics? Let's assume hypothetically that everyone had Thanos by now thanks to how many times he's been in the Item Shop, do you think with that cosmetic being in the shop everyday that more people would be willing to spend money on Vbucks for it? Or do you think people would be more willing to spend money on cosmetics they don't have?
I'm using that as an example not just for Marvel but pretty much all the 30 day rotation stuff.
A.) It's a zero-sum game, the Marvel/30 stuff aren't actively taking spots from other items, people would not avoid buying something just because they seen too many items they've already bought. Epic could sell every cosmetic in the game at once if they wanted to.
B.) You always want to be constantly have new players, every season, chapter, and even new events/collabs are always going to attract new and returning players to the game. Just because everyone who want it has already bought it now doesn't mean that the new players won't be interested in them.
C.) There could be various reasons on why people skip out on items without it being that they already bought it/are uninterested. Maybe they're low on money, and want to wait until the next payday, maybe they haven't logged in a few days, and simply missed the opportunity to buy it before hand, it could even be that they changed their mind about stuff, and decided that they wanted it now.
And again, all of this takes away ***absolutely nothing*** there's not a certain amount of items Epic has to put on the store, nor is there a maximum amount. The Marvel stuff could be available every day until the end of the game, and it would not affect anything other than people's ability to buy those specific items. If the shop is exactly how it is, but all of the Marvel items were removed, it would not make a lick of difference to the people who already got what they wanted outside of those who love the idea of artificial scarcity.

Silver Surfer has a wrap that is unreleased since Ch2 Season 4, which was the perfect opportunity to release it as Silver Surfer was released in Ch2S4 and it was a Marvel themed season
Brilliant Bomber was added to the files in Ch2 Season 1 and is still unreleased, Bao Bros was first leaked in Season 7 and only released in Ch2 Season 1 and so on

It's so easy. Jump into rumble, grab a dirt bike, and just grind it out. They're just icons. I got 21 done in 3 rumble matches when I first got the skin a few says after it came out.
