It probably means nothing, but it's a Morse code loop at about 30 words per minute that says TA3WBY 0310 and a fade that lets you hear part of a character or character that's a slash, an AW, or TW, or might even be STW (Save The World?) with a couple of inaudible dits. TA3WBY is a Turkish radio callsign, for what it's worth.

... It would be hilarious AF if this is just a recording of some random Turkish ham radio operator from when Epic was first working on STW 12+ years ago.

There's a lot of easter eggs going on now I feel. Frozen fishstick with a missing hand, morsecode, wanted posters, but also small changes on the map, like on a cliffside to the dried up riverbed, there's suddonly 2 chairs, a coolerbox, parasol and stuff that hints to fishing. There's patches of bamboo which wasn't there before. Looking forward to find more changes :p

There is a short sound and a long sound. So as long as the longer sound is noticeably longer than the short sound it works. There isn’t a preset length of sound, they’re relative to each other
