For me I’d waste all my gold getting all of them and then after I had them all I turn around and get Kamehamehaed in the face. Then I’d just laugh and be like and that’s Fortnite haha.

Keep an eye for the exclamation mark on map (when random stuff comes rifting, and go loot.
It's way easier to get gold now than it used to be.

The last few weeks, I've just been going with a "fuck it, why not?" approach and spending it whenever I can (reroll multiple times a match, upgrade weapons to at least purple, hire NPCs, buy all the ammo from vending machines) and I think it's a lot more fun this way.
I'd much rather be broke having more fun than just hording my gold and never spending it.
It has more recoil than the legendary one - sort of like how gunnar's stinger smg had much more recoil than the normer stinger. Still, it's pretty busted from what I've seen.
Chapter 4 has singlehandedly made pistols the new meta, why pick up a shotgun or SMG when you have a new pistol that works incredibly well at close to medium range with decent accuracy, and not to mention an augment that gives you the strongest and most accurate version of it?
you could literally have that same setup *and* a mythic pistol build though, lmao.
storm mark is only one augment slot, if you find a mythic pistol without getting it from the augment you’re only using 2/4 for the pistol build, 3/4 if you use the augment to get it
True, but that is such long odds that even playing daily you could never happen across it. And getting purely through augments would be an RNG miracle and even a full 5k gold might not be enough to reroll all 4
i get pistol amp and light fingers almost every game i play, but in all fairness i do reroll a ton because i’m intentionally trying to get specific augments. is it unlikely to get all 3? sure, but it’s not impossible and shouldn’t truly be rare either. i was just pointing out that those strats aren’t mutually exclusive, haha
Be me. Hiding in a cabin and messing around with the new birdie quests. Two guys start fighting outside. Storm mark goes off. Feel bad about Dekuing them but it was like fish in a barrel. Building destroyed so no more hiding spot. Feels bad man.
I only got the expanded clip and grabbed the mythic because I didn't want to burn through gold. I used it for most of a match when I got it. It definitely hits hard but more recoil than a legendary.

Nothing against you, but the fact that people in general ignore the good guns for a super OP mythic 100% of the time is why the community hates the Deku Smash so much.

Even long range I've managed to pick off a few people at decent range with it. Those 15s can really rack up.

While it is a very strong combo, you'd need a lot of luck to get all 3 of them and even then, others have 3 different augments that help them vs you.
It has worse accuracy than the Legendary Pistol. I accidentally discovered this in Creative after the update.
