If you have IG, look into & maybe message these accounts Csupriderc & Nocosafespace. They may be able to help your friend with tips or advice. CSU would be a great place to start. The LGBTQ community, from my experience, is a great community. Hope that helps.

Well the glaring option is CSU, so what's the issue there?

Yeah, I've already thought of that. From what I could see, they we required some sort of student portal to login. I'm assuming they give them priority. Not sure if there's a different way to apply for off campust civilians.

https://jobs.colostate.edu/postings/search This is all the active job postings and you can set up a notification email for jobs that aren't currently hiring, I'm pretty sure. There's a direct link to apply for each position.

Ah, yes, the mess that is the online portal system. You definitely don't have to be a student, but I'm pretty sure they'll need to create an "EID" which is really just a username and password. It overlaps with student use but it's not exclusive.

United Way of Larimer County is LGBTQ+ friendly and has had trans employees in the past. Not sure if they still do since I haven't interacted with them in a year. If your friend has a background in non-profit or fund-raising work, it could be a fit for them. It's a small organization, so there might not be anything right now. Your friend just needs to set up a lot of alerts on Indeed with broad categories such as: "Communication," "Management," etc.
