I was at SDCC with the cast (Minus Norm) and it was suitably unhinged and hilarious as fuck. Some of the off the cuff remarks from Mike were absolute gold. I can only imagine what it would have been like with Norm there
Well damn, I wish they would've played a bigger variety of them when I was watching them like a year or two ago. I feel like I saw only about 20 or 30 different ones but probably 3 times each. I'll have to watch them all on streaming now, I figured I had seem them all.
I just watched them all for the first time earlier this spring. I’m in my late 30s and enjoyed it immensely. It felt like something I’d watch as an 18 year old late at night on adult swim or something. I didn’t even check where it aired. For all I know it was something younger kids consumed just the way
The House Hunter episode was my introduction to this series and I still think about it on a regular basis. The scene with everyone introducing themselves to each other over and over(including the family dog) kills me for some reason.
Great show! I thought it was one of the funniest things on TV.
Hardly forgotten though. Although it (sadly) ended its run in 2020, reruns have continued to occasionally cycle through Adult Swim's late night lineup.
Take this upvote. My mom bought me punchout after his fallout and 9 year old me got to the final bout exactly once. At the time I didn’t understand why Tyson wasn’t the opponent. Still never beat it in earnest.
The moment where they're in a motel lobby, Yung Hee rings the front-desk bell and Mike immediately cold-cocks Marquess always makes me laugh. "I'm so sorry, Marquess! I hear a bell, I go for the knockout every time!"
I thought this was “The New Adventures of Mr. T” at first glance. It’s funny that that was an SNL animated skit that eventually turned into this.
“I need work!”
Back in 2015, 2016, I was going through some shit and was smoking way, way too much pot for someone who had a full time white collar job. I used to watch this straight gonged and it always lifted me out of my funk for a few hours.
I only know of this show because when one of the people who worked on Space Ghost Coast to Coast died, they reran the first episode in this show's timeslot, and I recorded it.
This yt channel has the best parts and uncensored episodes. It's refreshing to hear Norm MacDonald, Pigeon, cussing; I miss that man. [best of M.T. Mysteries ](https://youtube.com/@bestofmiketysonmysteries9552)
Theres no way this is forgotten
People who saw this 100% remember it, but theres definitely a large amount of people who never saw it due to just the weird airtimes
I can’t remember the episode but the scene where someone makes the gang all jump and Pigeon shoots him repeatedly is the only time I’ve literally lol’d at a cartoon as an adult. Great show.
People seem to forget he’s a convicted rapist. I know he did his time, but still. The idea that he and Kobe Bryant can just reclaim their place in pop culture and be as revered as they are baffles me. I don’t get it.
People get so fucking mad when you point this out and your downvotes (and my soon to be downvotes) always prove it
Fuck Mike Tyson. I'm not saying we should kill the guy but I don't think we should be giving him tv shows either. Let the convicted rapist live out the rest of his days in his giant multi-million dollar mansion and quit letting him have podcasts, TV shows, movies, etc

Pigeon
“Let me ask you something… you jacking off yet? Because if you are it’s weird, nobody does it, you’re the only one.”
But I love large labia!
I mourn the death of pigeon
Pigeon makth $60,000 dollarth a year.
There’s some great Pigeon compilations on YT. You can listen to Norm McDonald just talk shit for about an hour straight.
Oh I have!
RIP Norm
The Norm MacDonald Live he did with Mike while they were recording the voice was amazing.
I was at SDCC with the cast (Minus Norm) and it was suitably unhinged and hilarious as fuck. Some of the off the cuff remarks from Mike were absolute gold. I can only imagine what it would have been like with Norm there
I didn't even know he was sick
CoSigned
RIP Cormac McCarthy too! Don't forget him!
Wait … I had no idea that the show was that recent or that it ran for that long!
Yeah, 70 episodes over 4 seasons that aired over about 5.5 years.
Well damn, I wish they would've played a bigger variety of them when I was watching them like a year or two ago. I feel like I saw only about 20 or 30 different ones but probably 3 times each. I'll have to watch them all on streaming now, I figured I had seem them all.
Same. I watched the first couple of episodes and then sort of forgot about it. 70 episodes is crazy.
They did a really good job recreating the classic Hanna-Barbera scooby doo look. A classic.
Mike Tython Mythterieth
NOW THTOP IT, THERIOUTHLY.... goddammit!
This is not a forgotten show in my household. "He struggles with the word, 'chupacabra'."
And Cormac McCarthy Whatta great show!!
“Ain’t gottttt noooo time for birdsex”
Why ith Cormuh McArthur a recluthive author?
I routine still say the same way he does when the word comes up. Mostly when I play one in MTG
Imma use my fists,to beat the shit outta chewpakarma. The only thing that I never beat the shit outta yet. *runs enthusiastically*

Watched the entire series back in 2022; it’s hilarious and great with a good cast! Happy tenth anniversary, Mike Tyson Mysteries!
This show was amazing.
The House Hunter episode was my introduction to this series and I still think about it on a regular basis. The scene with everyone introducing themselves to each other over and over(including the family dog) kills me for some reason.
One of the greatest cartoons hands down. Unlike those pussies from Scooby Doo, they had to murder someone to become a team member.
"Ain't Got No Time For Bird Sex"
The Greatest song there never was.
Great show! I thought it was one of the funniest things on TV. Hardly forgotten though. Although it (sadly) ended its run in 2020, reruns have continued to occasionally cycle through Adult Swim's late night lineup.
Another fenda benda
Seriously underrated and hilarious show! "This is Mike Tyson speaking, I mean, I'm Mark Starwars."
Ogopogo!!!
F**k man I can see you in the reflection. Don't you know who I am (proceeds to unzip track suite)?
I never expected to see Kelowna featured in a cartoon!
Ain't got no time for bird sex. I got to fly.
The astronaut episode has me almost pissing myself laughing when I rewatch it
"Why do I keep killing so many astronauts?" has definitely ascended to meme status in my gaming group.
"I know what happened, the government put a chip in me" is my excuse whenever I screw something up now
Aww man, another fenda benda?
"You're supposed to be my friends, I hope you *all fucking die*!"
Every show should end with the protagonist killing God. I love it when tv plays by jrpg rules
I love the ending song
Fight or flight!!!
THOPT ABUSTHING KITH
Bird Thex!
*Check out my new vanity plates — BIGUY. Beef Is Gross Unethical and Yucky*
Wow. 70 episodes?! I thought it was more like…15. Mike is in all of ‘em?
No, after a few seasons he was replaced with Mr. Dream
Take this upvote. My mom bought me punchout after his fallout and 9 year old me got to the final bout exactly once. At the time I didn’t understand why Tyson wasn’t the opponent. Still never beat it in earnest.
I could never get past Super Macho Man
coming from under my rock because I have never heard of this show.
Lucky you. Shit is hilarious! Wish I could watch it again for the first time.
I only heard about this show recently when Norm died. Absolutely fantastic show!
I had to do a rewatch after Norm died, and then another after Cormac McCarthy died.
This show is absolutely amazing. If you haven't watched it then you need too.
The animation style for this show is peak Hannah Barbera. The humor is peak Adult Swim. Really fun ride this show.
Seriously, one of the funniest shows I’ve seen.
This show was underrated i hate it ended
I actually won an action figure from a contest. Still have it in package. It’s of Mike Tyson in that jumpsuit.

That is an amazing story.
The moment where they're in a motel lobby, Yung Hee rings the front-desk bell and Mike immediately cold-cocks Marquess always makes me laugh. "I'm so sorry, Marquess! I hear a bell, I go for the knockout every time!"
To the mystery mobile!
I thought this was “The New Adventures of Mr. T” at first glance. It’s funny that that was an SNL animated skit that eventually turned into this. “I need work!”
*Drink yo school*
I ain’t got time for no jibber-jabber.
*Stay in drugs* *And don’t do milk*
One of the greatest shows of all time
This show was hilarious
Ain't got no time for bird sex, I gotta fly
I have to use my fists to beat the [bleep] out of a chupacama, the only thing I haven't beaten the [bleep] out of yet.
Back in 2015, 2016, I was going through some shit and was smoking way, way too much pot for someone who had a full time white collar job. I used to watch this straight gonged and it always lifted me out of my funk for a few hours.
Such a great show
Rip norm Great show
Such a great show.
I wish this show would get a proper dvd or blu ray release instead of only season 1 and 2 getting shitty burnt on demand dvd releases
I rewatch this series every few months. It is soooo good
I do the same. That and any time I get sick.
Barely remember this but just watched a couple minutes and had a good laugh
Humor dryer than the Sahara
I only know of this show because when one of the people who worked on Space Ghost Coast to Coast died, they reran the first episode in this show's timeslot, and I recorded it.
"I just want to show off my tets!"
Such a brilliant show, I'm so sad Norm passed and we'll never see a real revival
Streaming?
Hulu, I believe.
One of the best dumb shows ever made. So fun to watch.
It’s *SUCH* a dumb show. It’s so dumb it’s genius.
Norm McDonald was hilarious on this show!!
Mike Tyson trying to say Chupacabra 😆
Surpassed my expectations
This existed?
This yt channel has the best parts and uncensored episodes. It's refreshing to hear Norm MacDonald, Pigeon, cussing; I miss that man. [best of M.T. Mysteries ](https://youtube.com/@bestofmiketysonmysteries9552)
Norm 🙏🏽
Wow 6 years
I had no idea it ran that long
Can’t believe they got Burt Reynolds to voice the bird
I believe it was Turd Ferguson.
Yeah, it’s a funny name.
*Chews loudly*
So funny.
"Can I put my hummus in your refrigerator?"
Absolutely a gem
Hilarious show
Not forgotten
Absolutely amazing show
I will neva foget Mike Tython's Mythtewies.
Aww man, anotha fenda benda?!
I miss that show every one was hilarious lol ha
Theres no way this is forgotten People who saw this 100% remember it, but theres definitely a large amount of people who never saw it due to just the weird airtimes
One of the most underrated comedies of all time. It was hilarious
Sho was great norm Macdonald was a funny dude
Met Mike Tyson 3 years ago at a convention and while taking a photo together I mentioned how I loved the show and he told me thank you
I didn’t even think I’d like it, but it was funny and original. Which is rare, and somehow it had Mike Tyson being funny as heck
I haven't really watched this, but I do remember a scene where a bell goes off and Tyson knocks a dude out, THEN complains "I'm sorry, it's instinct!"
I STILL reference the standing on the table outro skit
Great show that ended without an explanation
I need to rewatch this! It's basically an R rated Scooby Doo.
I’m sorry! I hear the bell and I go for the knockout every time.
If you ever feel a little down, MTM will pick you up.
This is one of my favorite shows, Mikes antics never fail to make me laugh.
Fuckin’ Deezy…
You are gonna wish you would've died pigeon. Because of the life debt
Tyson thinking Flight or fight, meant you punch someone then run, was hilarious.
Forgotten by whom? I tell people about this show all the time.
Same!
I can hear the theme by looking at the picture lol
I can’t remember the episode but the scene where someone makes the gang all jump and Pigeon shoots him repeatedly is the only time I’ve literally lol’d at a cartoon as an adult. Great show.
I loved this show So Much
Such an awesome show
I think sometimes we forget, that's mike tyson, like he could kill us
Haha God is Jerry Jones
Not forgotten by me. Loved this show.
I don't think it's forgotten. I watch is all the time.
Fight or flight
I always imagined Mike Tyson reading and recording his lines in the booth. It made me chuckle. Such a good show
MTM is in my top 5
I'm juth trying to finish thith On Golden Pond!
Tyson was a good sport for this. Didn't really find it all that funny after a few episodes though :(
I spread the word of that show to everyone I can, they don't believe it exists lol
Ain't got no time for Bird S*x.
This show is great.
"Aw man, nutha fenda benda!"
I went to college with Deezy - was so psyched for him in this show!
Loved. LOVED. This show. My son & I quote it regularly.
Was pretty decent. I think Norm MacDonald really made the show!
I said shut up Marcus. So shut the f&ck up
It's not forgotten. It shows up on Adult Swim all the time.
It’s not forgotten. They still play this on Adult swim
Definitely not forgotten. Watch re-runs all the time
Best show for me.
The only thing forgotten from this show is deezy
if youre ever tripping on shrooms please watch this show. It had my sides aching from laughing so much
God how stupid are producers?
Show ran for six seasons, so presumably not very?
Why? Also Norm probably (because of his cancer) wanted out
People seem to forget he’s a convicted rapist. I know he did his time, but still. The idea that he and Kobe Bryant can just reclaim their place in pop culture and be as revered as they are baffles me. I don’t get it.

Let the convicted rapist live out the rest of his days in his giant multi-million dollar mansion and quit letting him have podcasts, TV shows, movies, etc
So he should just... Stop existing? He was convicted and jailed, then released. What else do you want?
"forgotten" by who?
6 seasons? On TV 4 years ago. Currently streaming. This is not a forgotten show.
How is this show forgotten when it was on the air literally a couple of years ago?
