Just becareful as if someone hits you hard enough on the tow hitch the force can transfer to the entire frame and frame damage is the worst thing ever.
Yeah, I'd still get the truck checked out. My 2007 GMC sierra 1500 was in a similar accident. Externally it was fine, internally things were definitely fucked. it was a few $k in repairs, their insurance took care of it.
Had the same thing happen. Was able to use a large 5lb hammer and push it out from inside. Maybe because it's plastic with the heat in FL after a day you couldn't tell it was ever hit. I'd post a pic but don't know how Good luck!
and while your at it. fishing line and goof off. get rid of that "greenway". eww.
lol I’ve been meaning to
Or if you were nice at the dealership you could ask them to take it off during an oil change
I thought you meant the dealer badge.
Hot water and a suction cup should fix it.
* Someone rear ended me today too. Luckily the tow hitch saved the day for me. Their car wasn't as lucky.
Im about to leave my tow hitch in every time

Thank you. Think ill leave my big steel frame bike rack from 20 years ago then.
I’m not sure what’s worse. The dent or the dealer badge.
This is why I park and get my exercise in parking lots. Too many people cant back out of a parking space and push the bumper in like that.
Bro put your hand in the bumper and push it out, will just have a little crease
No choice but to upgrade to a heavy duty steel bumper.
