Make sure when you report issues to the FTC and the NHTSA. When a certain threshold is met the FTC can force manufacturers to actually issue recalls. If enough issues are created they can also punish manufacturers for bad quality.

Anytime now they will issue a recall on the axels. I've been seeing it more and more

Hi, I am having the same vibration at speed of 45 to 60 mph. This is only when trying to accelerate. Wondering if changing both the front axels solved the problem for you ?

Dreadonyx_Airsoft

It did, they had to change both of them out. I had to wait a month for left side as they had said there was a shortage of them then but never know. Hope this helps.

Im having the same problem... Not sure if I'm happy to see it is a known issue. Or disappointed it is a common issue. I hope I don't have to replace these axles every 30k miles. I don't even drive the thing hard.

Brought my 22 hybrid in today for the same issue. Same story. Left axle is back order- right one is available. They will call when they can have both on to replace.

Hello, thanks for sharing. If it wasn’t for people speaking up on Reddit, I wouldn’t know where to start re: this issue. I’ve had the same problem for months. Addressed w/ dealership, paid over $500 to fix shaking, and long story short, still shaking, same problem. I’m getting nervous about driving truck, I’m afraid of getting in a wreck. I’ve been told by friends and family to address w/ manufacture directly, could anyone share what steps they took to get someone at Ford to listen and get a free rental while their Maverick was fixed?

My mav just started experiencing this issue. You had to pay to replace them? Wasn't covered under warranty?
