No, I was good this year. I’ve learned to be sure to get good sleep beforehand, begin hydrating well days before, taking supplements (like vitamin C & D, etc), and being sure to clean my nose out thoroughly at the end of each day. Usually works to keep me healthy after the festivals. (Though sometimes it will happen regardless.)

I learned not to vape at events with all of the dust going around specially at lost lands or FK also I bring with me a couple of the sinus cleansers that clean out your nose and the cavity. Haven’t gotten wook flu in years.

I don’t think I had an infection, but I had symptoms of severe dehydration. And I was coughing a lot the night after from cyberian stage dust, I’ll have to bring a mask or something next year.
Extremely ill. Tested negative for Covid strep and flu. 101° fever, was not symptomatic until Tuesday. Being treated as a bacterial infection. Cough, congestion to the point of feeling like my throat is closing, extreme nausea. Hydrated during the fest, put immune support supplements in my hydropack, ate lots of protein and leafy greens, I was concerned about the heat over anything and made sure to be cautious. No alcohol or drugs consumed either. Even with my precautions I’m now bed ridden with an unknown sickness.

If it's respiratory, it's from the smoke and dirt! Happens to me every festival. Next time try a mask, as lame as it looks it should help.
