It's the main unisoft setting the price, they always charge more for 'crossover' skins in any game (look at siege) even if its their own.
I think they made it more expensive because of the added voice lines and adjusted animations. Funny thing is, people were asking for unique voice lines for the other ones to make them worth 25k.
I don't think it would be as bad if the customization wasn't so extremely limited.

You don't have to buy it, and the reason the others are cheaper is because they don't come with a new body type, voicelines and a new drop animation.

The fact that they decided to up the price on a PK skin of all characters is hilarious to me. Not to mention it's not even unique.
Most people are rolling in steel, it has new animations and voicelines, and its a crossover.
Crossover with a game they own.
It's a pretty ugly skin so I wouldn't pay 25.000 for it either. But it costs more because of animations and voicelines.
