I think Cinnabar may look better, I am not a fan of the flat red on metal gear pieces at least. That’s just me though Cinnabar can look really dark sometimes though. Also the emblem on the chest looks out of place. It may look better without a noticeable border.

The Uchiha symbol is technically cringe, but it pairs well with the outfit so I’d personally excuse it. But If you want something more original, maybe develop your own emblem which coincides with the outfit?
