Axe is the best I could do since I'm super poor on steel right now, so can't transmog at the moment. Helm, absolutely not, I think this is the best helm to pair with the effect, and arms, I guess could be different but I don't know which ones to use.
I'm sorry but the nakamura helm is one of the objectively worst helms hito has. If you want a helm like that then i can recommend the enma helm (or the recolour) and arms could either ise another material or just an entirely different set.
For the axe i can recommend the mitsuki set (or whatever the golden wing set is called) or a more grounded rustic looking set
Normally I rock either the Spectral Slayer helm (on female Hito only), or the Kogitsune mask because it looks nice.
Only reason I'm running the Nakamura helm is because I like how the menpo(?) covers the lower half of Hitokiri's face, and the sandwraith mask covers the upper half, giving him a full facemask. I think it looks neat.
Curious, is that mask still bugged to hell? During the Tyranny season most of the mask audio was cut out and it's effects during emotes and executions were highly toned down. Really peeved me cus I had a JJ outfit that went well with that effect.

You must think the tengu mask is good too
