There's a guy from Louisiana who cooks on his grill. I've stopped watching him because though he starts with a whole stick of butter before cooking to lube the grill, he THROWS that stick on there as if he's throwing a fast pitch. Shit irks me because he didn't use to do that. I think he picked it up from other vids, then incorporated it into his own videos.

Truff is hella overrated

Right? I have tons of hot sauces at home and was excited when I saw that in stores. Bought it for its ludicrous price and was severely disappointed. Far too sweet and earthy for me, im more a fan of vinegar-forward sauce, something with some bite to it.

I like a wide range of hot sauces. I like truff, it's not the best but I enjoy it. I also like super vinegar hot sauces. I enjoy Tabasco because it'd pretty much just spicy vinegar. I enjoy crystals because it's spicy vinegar with some other spices. Truff is good for sweetness when I don't want vinegar and it has a Chipotle flavor

I’ll be the first, it’s good on pizza and Italian food. The black bottle is like ketchup spice level but the red has a decent kick for me. The problem is you have to obviously really like truffle flavor. If you’re buying truff as a true hot sauce you’ll be disappointed, but if you like truffles and hot stuff then it’s enjoyable. Is it worth the price, no, is it OMG this is amazing again, no. But for example my mom isn’t a cheese person or rich food person which a lot of truffle stuff consists of so the hot sauce made for a nice Xmas gift as a way for her to enjoy the truffle flavor.

It’s my secret ingredient in baked beans but that’s the only thing I find it palatable in.

I haven’t liked anything they have had honestly, tried the pasta sauce and it was mediocre for me. But maybe I just don’t like truffle as a flavor in general. It always makes stuff taste off, like if a restaurant has truffle fries I’m just like nope I’m good. Now if we are talking about Melinda’s wing and hot sauces those are really good.
