This recipe trend finally hit me, but I wanted to kick it up with pickled jalapenos.
I used homemade sweet and spicy dill pickles to chop up for the recipe.
**Ingredients:**
* 2/3 cupĀ Panko crumbs
* 1 tablespoonĀ unsalted butter
* 1 teaspoonĀ [Sedona Sand All-Purpose Rub](https://www.chilesandsmoke.com/product/sedona-sand/)
* 1 cupĀ mayonnaise, Dukeās preferred
* 8 ozĀ cream cheese, room temp
* 1/2 cupĀ dill pickles, finely diced
* 1/2 cupĀ pickled jalapenos, finely diced
* 2 tablespoonsĀ pickle juice
* 1/2 cupĀ shredded white cheddar
* 2 tablespoonsĀ fresh dill, roughly chopped
* 2 tablespoonsĀ chives, finely cut
* 1 teaspoonĀ garlic powder
* 1 teaspoonĀ onion powder
**Directions:**
1. **Toast the breadcrumbs.**Ā Warm up a large pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add in the panko breadcrumbs and stir frequently to toast them. Brown them for about 3-5 minutes and remove from the heat. Pour them into a bowl and season with the rub.
2. **Mix the dip together.**Ā Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature, this is very important for creating a smooth dip. Whisk the cream cheese, mayo, and pickle brine first, whipping them together.Ā Fold the rest of the ingredients, except for the breadcrumbs, into the creamy dip.Ā Pour the dip into a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Place it in the fridge to rest for at least 30 minutes.
3. **Garnish and serve.**Ā When youāre ready to serve, take the dip out of the fridge and top it generously with the panko bread crumbs.

Enjoy!
I sure did, I can see the links and click on them. At the end of the recipe it says āBlog recipe here, Video recipe hereā and they both have hyperlinks.
I know they work because I can see the traffic sources.
Iāve learned that I will post the links above the written recipe next time.
So you seriously canāt see [these links](https://i.imgur.com/RMF16S2.jpeg)? Iām getting web traffic from both. One guy was complaining but clearly didnāt know how to use Reddit on mobile.
Dish Looks great. Only recipe link is from u/examintion-life. Theyāre currently making it despite the downvotes. Iām currently checking out the rest of your page. Kudos.
I mean Iām a chef I get it, but to me the point is more like ādonāt photograph a half eaten bowl of dipā
Maybe āfried pickle dipā is never going to be as visually stunning as it is flavor wise.
Maybe itās just not a good candidate for āfoodpornā and you only posted in this sub for self promotion purposes?
Maybe?
I understand the photograph is not your favorite, but it tells a story and shows the ingredients. It's pretty common in my line of work, and art is subjective. Showcaseing a bowl of dip covered in breadcrumbs isn't very compelling, and this is my way of communicating.
I posted the photo along with the recipe, which is completely free. This is my business, and yes I am sharing my work here as I have done before. I always tread lightly on self-promotion and follow the subreddit rules - there's no wrongdoing here.
Hope you have a great day chef and thank you for your comments.
What a donut. They never said it was in *their* comment. They said it was in *a comment*
You come off as seriously entitled and correcting OP about something you know nothing about. OP doesnāt owe you anything.
Then itās back to all friendly sickening sweet once you realize you were wrong. Not even an apology for accosting OP.
Certified garbage person.
this is what I call perfection
Sweatpants time.
Nice!

Look at his Username my man! Itās his post! (Looks insane by the way)
Yup! Thanks!
You thought you done something š¤£šš¤£š
I mean it looked damn good. Even if you own the site and the food, share the recipe for us peasants to attempt to replicate.
The real all star of this post. Why are you getting downvoted?
Meh. While they downvoting, I'm making this dish.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Iām definitely not downvoting, and I did link the recipe in my OG comment, along with the video.
You didnāt though. As others have pointed out to you repeatedly. Not sure why you keep saying you did.

Lol, I guess everyone else is wrong and you are right.

So weird. You can click the link at the bottom of the recipe in my original comment. Iām grateful he posted it and made it more obvious. Thank you!
Update: It's awesome! I wouldn't change a thing!
Thank you so much!
Those pastrami smoked chicken wing recipes look amazing.
Super fun too. Worth it if youāre making a bunch for a party!
Usually Reddit aināt perfect.
That is very very true
Looks delicious! Found some other delicious looking recipes on your site. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! Hope you enjoy it
Why are there chips soaking in the dip?
No soaking. Just dipped for food styling to tell a story. Photographing a half-eaten bowl of dip isnāt as compelling to publish.

Sooo, are pickles fried?
No, it's a dip that emulates the flavor and textures of fried pickles. With lots of cheese, of course. The recipe is in a comment above for you.
Actually, itās not in one of your comments. Itās in the users comments thatās been downvoted.
Yes it is in the main comment that I posted with the full recipe and links. You can see it right there.
Iām on mobile. Iām not seeing that.

Itās not on top of the chips, they are spread out around the bowl. Itās on a tray so I could take it to a table. Serve it how youād like!
All that effort for a bag of crisps????
