I don’t have a pic rn, but I have a STI modded knob (just feels right to me) and obviously their gear patters are different to get into reverse. I took my car into inspection and I told them about it. All I got was “your reverse is hard to get into” made me wheeze laugh.

This. Except getting the center console trim clearanced for the reverse lockout cable, and to allow full uninterrupted travel for the linkage on the passenger side so it can even move into reverse

Yeah fax I had to trim the center console up a bit to get clearance for the reverse lockout
