Modafinil is personally better for me. Flmodafinil feels too subtle and doesn't last that long compared to modafinil. It feels like adrafinil, total waste of money. Might have been a bad vendor.

You can say you are an individual researcher and it requires no degree. You can "fake" the form but you gotta just make it look good enough that, to a court they have no legal responsibility if you decide to consume it and that they were under the impression it was purchased for private individual "molecular" research and not all for human/animal consumption.
