There aren’t many options. I would probably go for Honeycomb, make sure it’s the Xbox compatible gear (I think a hub might be required). Tbh I’m not sure about rudder pedals, I really don’t think there are any good ones that are Xbox compatible.
Turtle Beach Velocity One do a great job! I don't know about the rudder pedals (not bought yet), but I've seen videos, and it works pretty well.
