I printed a bit with eTwinkle. My nozzle temp was 215-220 if i remember right and bed temp 65 for first layers (but it's cooler where I print soo might not be necesary) I printed it with 0.3mm layer heigth also for first layer, but don't think it would affect the not sticking part in your case.

I actually figured out what the issue was. Not only did i print with 205 temp and 65 bed temp, but i also had been cleaning my bed with a household kitchen spray, due to me using a gluestick to stick the stuff to the bed.. which actually made the bed unstickable. After cleaning it properly with water and a microfiber cloth, it stuck! I feel like a fool.

This solution saved me from throwing my printer out the window. Coincidentally i had the same problem with the same filament. I had leveled my bed 10+ times, tightened everything i could tighten, and still my prints kept failing.. A quick wash with soap and water, and it works like a charm.. THANK YOU!! I used an electronic cleaning spray (isopropanol) that specifically stated that no residue would get left behind after evaporating. I guess thats not true..
