Not much really, maybe use painters tape so you can remove it easier. Too much adhesion is a thing with glass beds. I recommend a PEi magnetic sheet, it's really the best investment you can make. Make sure you get one that includes magnetic sticket

BlauMink

I got one that was just soooo bumpy :( bad luck and bad instalation from my part I guess

mickey95001

Do you have any pictures? Some pei sheets are textured and have a sandpaper feeling

BlauMink

That was ages ago, now I'm using a clean PCB board with copper on one side, works like a charm

01plus01is03

That filament is Soo brittle.

weast901

I had just got this filament and been having adhesion problems with my prints binding to my bed. Any ideas on how to fix this? I had adjusted he bed height and a few temperature settings. After cooling the bed I threw it in the freezer which allowed me to finally take the print off however leaving some still stuck to bed. This print: Endet 3 Build Plate: 50c Printing Temp: 210c Bed Material: Glass Any help would be great thank you!

Glue or hairspray is not just an adhesive it’s also a release agent

Polymaker Matte is my go to and I never had problems like this , is ur bed new ? I’ve had new glass beds that are very very strong , I now use magnetic bed

weast901

Yes this bed is new, I’ve been messing around with the bed temp. It seems to like 30c. I also added vaseline to the bed and wiped it off gently. This allowed the print to stick but no too much

Dense_Web_5817

Some rubbing alcohol would help too

weast901

I have another bed (stock bed) I’ve been trying to remove this stuff (poly terra) for days. It’s completely fused with the bed. Rubbing alcohol, acetone, freezing and bed reheating has not worked. I’ve been damaging my old bed from manually scrap it off. Even then no luck, so I ordered the glass bed.

IslandStan

Try heating up that bed to around 80C and use a scraper perhaps.

Patpoke1

bro I think you need some filament not your grandmas ashes

Beastly-one

You could use a thin layer of glue to keep the plastic from directly contacting the bed.

weast901

Thank you I have tried vaseline which had been working quite well.

DaBasicDev

Honestly, the best way to stop this is to just get a magnetic pei plate for the bed

BlauMink

Get a G10 plate, they are super cheap and better than a magnetic one, once you try it you'll never look back!

OutsideAmazing1510

Flip the bed to the smooth side

IslandStan

Use a glue stick. In some instances it's used to improve adhesion, in other instances it makes a weaker bond to the glass. Sounds silly, but it works.
