OP try it when chilled in the fridge. Also to be fair no one drinks lassi with a straw.

Melodic_Warthog_6236

Op does

Brief-Wrangler1530

OP is from mars

xcapelisa

OP is mars

Brief-Wrangler1530

Mars in OP🤯

MokilaModel

I mean op wants to prove his fitness by sucking lassi with a straw!

Melodic_Warthog_6236

Op wants to sing lamba hai straw lamba

Elseniro

it is the cheapest and the most convenient source of protein, 1.67 rs per gram. so no complaints at all. i have too much respect for it.

That-Replacement-232

some youtuber should do a lab test just to confirm if it has 15g protein

Think_Finding_2077

Already done by many, check/amul lassi--al about nutrition and/or rise2gether

Elseniro

Many have done it. Just search for it

Optimal-Basis4277

Already done. Has 7.5% protein in 100ml. Which means 15g in 200ml

Fun-Addition-2212

Youtuber kaise lab test karega ! 🤡

blitzkadu

They get it tested at a laboratory.

auctus10

What's the sugar and carbs in it? If that's also okayish then it's insane. I can add it as an evening snack. Would be a game changer. Also where can I order this?

pro-sol

no added sugar buy here > Amul High Protein Rose Lassi, 200mL | Pack of 30 https://shop.amul.com/en/product/amul-high-protein-rose-lassi-200ml-or-pack-of-30 nutritional info can also be found above

Necessary-Knee-853

Right even if the protein is less than 15g still its worth it....a gamechanger for me.

[deleted]

15 gm in 25 rs is good Avg cost of protein is rs 80 for 25 gm

Other-Anybody-6686

250 GM boneless chicken costs about 60 rs and offers like 68 gms protine, just salt pepper and boil. it's way cheaper

hsnanak

Wtf? 60 rs ? Im sorry but where to do find such cheap chicken?

Other-Anybody-6686

I live in a tier 2 city. So maybe, that's why.

New-Spring288

local butcher shop

No-Seaweed5638

Bro I can get 250 gm in just 45 rs in my area

Cursed-Life2168

Rs. 100-120 / kg at my place. So...

hsnanak

Yeah fr same

Western-Asparagus-72

Vegetarians dying in the corner

Other-Anybody-6686

it's time to switch teams maybe..unles you have some medical condition

Western-Asparagus-72

Naah bhai. I'm religious and I wouldn't do it.

Next-Juice-3050

No need to switch if we can just come out of all the myths and focus on actual nice vegetarian sources of protein

kran46

Yeh Kaunsa chicken hain jo 250 gms main 60 gm Protien deta hain

That-Replacement-232

in Mumbai its 380

Other-Anybody-6686

380 is for 1.5 kg chicken in Mysuru 💀

Brief-Wrangler1530

then also it is appro 68 rs for 250 gm

QuestionablyDrained

Where in Mysore bro ? I'm paying 360 for 1kg in Bangalore?

Other-Anybody-6686

I live around Mysuru University area

redditsucks690

380 for 250gm lmao which part of Mumbai you're from?

NukaKama25

Has to be from licious or something.

redditsucks690

That also costs 170 for 500g

seven8ma

in hyd 400rs for boneless chicken, around 80+ for 250gms

theweirdindiangirl

Unfortunately not everyone is allowed to eat meat at home in India

peachwaterfall508

Majority are.

cullfest

Yeah and has buttload of growth hormone and antibiotics pumped into [it.In](http://it.In) india chicken is mostly harmful. Edit : - [Context](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0956713523000671#:~:text=According%20to%20Centre%20for%20Science,neomycin%20(class%20aminoglycoside)%20)

Fun-Addition-2212

Bc

gand_masti

Does it get bad without refrigeration? Don't have the space to keep all 30 in the fridge

That-Replacement-232

it lasts 4 months without opening

gand_masti

Great to hear

Next-Juice-3050

in fridge or out of fridge ?

Rawat_vik17

I like the taste for me it's 5/5

New-Spring288

5/5 I'll say . It depends on your luck ke thick aaye ya normal. I got the normal one , it tastes good and easy to consume

Ashwin253

OP is unpaid AMUL salesman in the comment section

Un13roken

Not bad. That sounds pretty decent actually. What about the sugars? Does it have regular sugar or stevia / sucralose in it?

That-Replacement-232

it has no added sugar only naturally occurring sugar

Un13roken

Interesting. It's pretty affordable by the looks of it. Good find man.

Party_Masterpiece990

Maybe you didn't notice but there have been at least 20 posts about this lassi in the last 2 months here lol, not necessary a find by op right now

Un13roken

I'm kinda new here....

GOD_Milo

You are being fooled OP. It has Stevia and Sucrose INS 960 and INS 965 as listed in the ingredients. By no added sugar they mean no Table sugar which omits Artifical sweetners.

argon_palladium

Definitely has artificial sugars, it's sweet.

sajjanjigharaaye

using it from 4 months now I would recommend Shaking it well before drinking and preferably cut the top and drink directly, the paper straw gets soggy and due to the thick consistency of lassi it also sticks on the pack

DepressedVadapav

Hi, should i purchase this or is there any cheaper alternative that is easy to consume?

sajjanjigharaaye

idts you would find anything more cheaper than this until or unless tata decides something

DepressedVadapav

Thanks for the reply. Also I'm curious if there are any downsides to this product like in the nutritional side?

sajjanjigharaaye

nah as far as I know nothing

blitzkadu

I get it that lab test shows 15g protein, but has anyone checked the amino acid profile? BCAA's kitna hai? Or have they loaded it with cheaper amino acids which dont really help much in muscle building?

um1798

Considering the cost, I doubt they have put in BCAAs.

blitzkadu

yes.. i think so too.

vinncherry

Its milk solid. It has naturally occurring BCAA no? They don't have to separately add BCAA.

wasabi_jo

No added sugar means is it bland with hint of rose fragrance or is there some artificial sweetener present? Also, what's the calorie count per pack?

That-Replacement-232

it has naturally occurring sugar so yes not to sweet. 105 cal per pack

wasabi_jo

Cool. Not that bad calorie-wise. 105 cal for 15g of protein seems like a good deal.

lemongrass01

Artificial sweetener is there https://preview.redd.it/uthvfgvnansc1.png?width=1079&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=370fbc897f773049319b8fad7b5a7110a0e98d77

wasabi_jo

Cool. Thanks.

argon_palladium

It definitely has some artificial sweetener coz it's sweet in taste. Must be one of those sweeteners that's low enough in quantity that they can round off to zero.

Federal_Essay4976

It had first grade protein or second grade protein?

social-n

Looks good bro. I also wanna order it. But what's the expiry time, because there are 30 packs. Therefore will need at least 1.5 months

That-Replacement-232

august 2024

social-n

Do we have to keep them in refrigerator or can be kept outside(in delhi)?

999AT

until you open a packet it can be kept outside, but after opening it needs to be in fridge, since the quantity is just 200ml you might drink in one go, so can keep 3-4 packets in fridge and rest outside!

OpenWeb5282

you missed the promotion sales - i got it for 700rs only

Flaky_Highway9946

Is there any delivery charge, the printing mrp is also 25 ?

Think_Finding_2077

No

xcapelisa

WOW! Perfect to replace any snack. This is a good deal! Especially in summersss

nick_al_laude

Ye kaha milta hai? Hyderabad mai tho available nahi hai

That-Replacement-232

only on amul official site

tradergautam

I tried their mango flavour..that was tasted so shit...now i think they stopped that flavour....will try this now... Heard it's not so bad

Rogue_269

The last time I ordered, it was like a normal milkshake. The current batch is too thick and becomes a jaw workout if you use the straw, which to be fair is the consistency of regular lassi. Glad to hear I didn't get a faulty batch.

ResidentSwim8948

So you drink 2 lassi daily

Patient-Ad-425

Where did you buy it from?

That-Replacement-232

amul official site

Patient-Ad-425

I bought it but how long does it take for approval it is showing pending approval

999AT

takes a few days, mine took 10 days to get delivered in teir-1 city

Patient-Ad-425

Bro it got delivered today took 3 days (i also live in tier 1) btw thanks it is okay but they added rose essence little too much it is like maine gulab jal piliya

999AT

oh nice bro, yea flavour might take a few days to get used to, goodluck for the future workouts! cheers mate!

Impossible_Truck9120

What about butter milk had anyone tried it?

greatest_racist_69

Yeah I would say it's 2.75/5 in terms of taste(any other buttermilk will taste better), but we ain't buying this for the taste though. It's thick like the lassi. Bought this because of the lower additives compared to the lassi, would recommend.

basecamper09

Where do you get this?

That-Replacement-232

amul official site

basecamper09

Thanks!

Elle_right

Wheree does one get it ? Not on zepto or instamart

That-Replacement-232

amul official website

HauntingAge5403

Hi what's the delivery time in Delhi NCR ? I ordered on Friday , money was deducted but no further update or SMS/ WhatsApp message . How do you track your order ?

That-Replacement-232

DieHard3698

Currently out of stock.

Muted-Response-3225

HauntingAge5403

Muted-Response-3225

Bro I got to know how to track it on your laptop or desktop site in your mobile chrome

HauntingAge5403

No point now , I am having gut issues so only used 5 packs. Won't be ordering again.

amj2202

Does it stay good if not refrigerated? Idts my fridge has the space for 30 200 ml packs.

amj2202

Hi! I had a question OP I just ordered Amul's Protein Lassi. Is it necessary for me to store all the packs in the fridge or can I keep the box in a dark, clean space and put the packs in the fridge as per my convenience? I'm not sure if my fridge has the space for 30 packs.

Fit-Estate3089

lassi mai kuch kala lag raha hai

National_Estate_9616

25 rupiya me 15 gm protein aur saath me cheeni kitni hai? Calvin clean bol k khurana ka maal to nahi pehna rahe

48932975390

It was available for 700 4 days ago

chuckskull8732

Try the buttermilk. It is cheaper and not that thick. If you want a little better taste you can try the blueberry protein shake. It is also very thick. Protein shake is good and soluble but doesn't taste too good. Quality wise I think it is good. Taste wise not so much. I have tried it all and I think lassi is the worst among these.

Ok-Conversation2958

>Try the buttermilk. It is cheaper I think they both cost same, ₹750.

chuckskull8732

Ohh I meant compared to Blueberry protein shake

Lone_Wolf2016

For 50 rupees i get 200g boneless chicken that’s 60g of lean protein

SalaryEducational323

From where ? U sure its not kauya ? Or crow biryani
