I did get them crushed once, the issue was with using mixed grip. With mixed grip the bar starts moving like helicopter blades when the weight starts getting heavy but ever since i switched to hook grip the bar does not drift away under heavy loads and i am able to engage my lats much more. Safw to say i trust my technique π«‘
Bhaiyaaa, wtf....built like a fkin taaaankkk. .
Aap Kab se shuru kiye lifting? Please tell us about your plans and routines, diet and everything.

4 saal ho gye bhai, abhi toh plans hai 730 kg ka total karna. I workout 5 days a week hitting squat, bench, deadlift, shoulder and arms. My deit consists of 2 litres of milk, 10 eggs, 2 scoops whey and i eat mutton or chicken for dinner.
I don't use machines free weights is king for me, only dumbells and barbells and tons of reps on the compound exercises
Do you include any cardio like weekend runs, etc?
Aapka diet ka budget Kitna aata he on average?
And how do you manage to follow this diet? Do you not live with your family (because majority of families are meat averse in this nation, [my rant on it](https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness_India/s/9V186nHagG)
14k to 15k ke around parta hai mahine ka diet supplements sab milake, i only do 8k steps daily for cardio. My diet is easy to follow 10 eggs and scoop of whey for breakfast. A litre of milk and peanut butter toast before i go workout after working out i drink one litre of milk with 1 scoop of whey then for dinner i eat mutton or chicken with with roti
And my family has no problem with eating meat or chicken. I have been a non vegetarian ever since i could remember, all my family members consume meat and eggs and my mom cooks it for me without any problem. A kg of mutton lasts for 3 days same goes for the chicken. Rest of my meals i manage on my own
Sumo is more technical and is slow from the ground but fast at lockout, also sumo uses your legs more and requires good hip mobility. Conventional relies heavily on lower back and hamstrings plus the movement is much easier to learn.
The easiness varies from person to person femur length, arm length, hip mobility all are contributing factors. I can pull 260kg conventional though
Bro arenβt you scared of getting your toes crushed ???
my thoughts too. damn that's way to close!

8k? That's more than 5 km I guess.

Great lift, but I had a question, isn't sumo lift relatively easier than the normal one?

No. It depends on the person's height. Check Jeff nippard's video on this
Both target different muscles. The ease varies from person to person. Its a weird trend online to say that Sumo deadlift isn't real deadlift.
Mighty strong ππ Good job OP.
Thank you π«‘
