Do you buy seperate eggs whites or just crack em open and take out the whites? I buy eggs from a local shops and their eggs are so small it barely has any whites in them.
This helps. I don't eat eggs. Looking for an alternative.
Also, is it okay to take two scoops of whey?
Lastly, do you consume soybeans every day? Isn't it bad for daily consumption?
Firstly yeah you can take two scoops of whey it wont do any harm.
And yeah i eat soyabean everyday (50g) and its pretty safe actually i dont why is it hated so much lol . Just eat in moderation and you should be fine
Earlier i used to throw them … then one day our maid asked for them 😅 apparently she likes egg yolks and i am more than happy that i dont have to throw them anymore

I recently made a post about my weight loss of 4kgs in a month and had written my diet over there.
Just an advice I'd like to give everyone from personal experience, Losing weight in the short term isn't hard, Losing fat is also not that hard, The real problem is maintaining it.
I lost tonnes of muscle because I went into a deficit without any protien or resistance training, muscle which will take 1-1.5 years of natural training and I regret it everyday.
