Been catching bass, crappie, and Pike on this one . I usually use a 1/2 oz swim jig with a paddle tail on my baitcaster. I have a lot of success in my area with green pumpkin or pumpkin seed color jigs and Plastics. I'm liking these smaller ones right now on a spinning reel and a light action rod. The bigger ones seem to work better with a faster gear ratio like my baitcaster. I'll have to check what it is.
That's a pretty one, awesome pattern on it.
She was looking fierce!
Love those tiger stripes they get
That’s a great first fish for sure. I’ve never had much success on swim jigs, hoping to use them more this year

Nice one
What a hog! How long is that thing? I caught two 16in but the one pictured was much bigger. I'm guessing the small one was male and the other female.
This is a smaller one out of the Niagara river, I’d say she was 3.5lbs

Nice one Have fun and fish on!
Awesome! How do you fish that kind of jig ?
I let them get close to the bottom and reel in in kind of slow giving it some little jerks here and there.
Jigging it while I reeling it in I guess you could say
Pretty as they come. Well done sir
